Mission Accomplished

I have introduced many 'Buyers' to suppliers and have connected many people together.  Because this is not my bread & butter, I seldom bother to follow up after any introduction.  Of course most of the time I am told that nothing had materialised; I am not surprised but I don't really care because I know that genuine buyers are scarce and even in those rare occasions when the real McCoys had met, they gleefully went about their deals without so much as a smile for their benefactor.  A fool to some, but what loss had I really suffered - a mere introduction.

I have known Chhan Veng for almost ten years.  Introduced to me to do some of my contract jobs and we became more acquainted.  Got to know that he is now supplying minerals - sand and coal, and so I introduced some potential buyers.  As usual, nothing materialised although I know that at least two of those I had connected are genuine on-going suppliers of reclamation sand to JTC.  Anyway, perhaps its just the timing since JTC has recently paused and not decided on the tenders.

Recently, I have been happily helping Veng with 'Agreements' and documentations on his personal deals and was invited to KL to help seal a deal he has been chasing for the past few months.  We wrapped the deal nicely with both parties all happy with the covenants in the Agreement.  Here is a pictorial account for commemoration.
